Wayne's Meatloaf
Serves 8

2½ lb Ground Chuck
½ lb Plain Pork Sausage (Jimmy Dean's)
2 Eggs
1 Small Onion
1 Small Bell Pepper
2 Cups Plain Bread Crumbs
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Ketchup
½ Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Dry Basil
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Worchester Sauce
½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Mix well and form into a loaf. Brush entire loaf with olive oil
and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes.
Put ketchup on top during last 20 minutes of cooking.
