Beef Stew
Serves 6


1 lb Ground Beef
2 lbs Stew Meat

1 Large Yellow Onion
3 Yukon Gold Potatoes
6 Carrots
4-5 Stalks Celery (cut with leaves)
1 lb of mushrooms (cut in 1/2)
1/4 Cup Dried or Fresh Parsley
6-8 Large Cloves Garlic (or 3 heaping Tbsp chopped garlic)
2 Cans Stewed Tomatoes
3 Cups V-8 Juice
1/2 Cup Red Wine
3 Tbsp Minute Tapioca

1 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Sugar 1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Thyme
4-6 Bay Leaves
Cholula Sauce (9-10 Shakes)

Chop all ingredients into large pieces. In a large casserole dish or crock pot, mix and cover.
Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hrs or slow cook in a crock pot all day. C'est fantastique!
